Congratulations to Admiral Mohd Reza Mohd Sany for your appointment, and a big thank you and happy retirement for Admiral Kamarulzaman Badaruddin.
Admiral Nohd Reza has a very big shoes to fill, as Admiral Kamarulzaman Badaruddin is one of trendsetting leaders in the malaysian military, coming up with clear future planning with the 15 to 5 plan.
This is what Deputy Defence Minister Liew Chin Tong had to say about Admiral Kamarulzaman Badaruddin and the 15 to 5 plan:
"He and his team have an economic plan, which is very unusual for a military leader."
"To me, the transformation programme is essentially an attempt to explain the Navy's long-term economic needs in language that can be understood by laymen, politicians and policy thinkers – even the rank and file"
