The notice did not identify the manufacturer nor how much is the 155m ammunition is being shipped. Since it is South Africa, I am guessing the manufacturer is Rheinmetall Denel Munition Ltd. From the company’s website.
Rheinmetall Denel Munition (Pty) Ltd (RDM) is jointly owned by Rheinmetall Waffe Munition GmbH (51 %) of Germany and Denel (Pty) Ltd. South Africa.Rheinmetall Denel Munition specialises in the development, design and manufacture of large- and medium-calibre ammunition families and is a world leader in the field of artillery, mortar and infantry systems as well as plant engineering. Rheinmetall’s business is mainly focused on NATO countries. RDM’s focus is on Asia, the Middle East, South America, South Africa and African countries. Rheinmetall and its South African unit are able to draw on an expanded product portfolio when serving their respective core markets.
Rheinmetall Denel Munition (Pty) Ltd specialises in the development, design and manufacture of large- and medium-calibre ammunition families and is a world leader in the field of artillery, mortar and infantry systems as well as plant engineering. Rheinmetall set three new world records during a test fire event in South Africa: A G6 howitzer with a 52-calibre gun achieved the longest range ever attained with a conventional 155 mm artillery round, 76 kilometres, while the 52-calibre gun of PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzer lobbed a shell 67 kilometres, and finally, a field howitzer with a 39-calibre gun attained a range of 54 kilometres.
It must be noted that the Army issued a tender for the 155m shells, fuse and percussion in late 2019 and the contract was signed Betamat Sdn Bhd with a Letter of Agreement of RM12.1 million.

Oh just replenishment of ammunition. I thought buy more 155mm howitzers
I wonder why they got it from Rheinmetall in South Africa. I would have thought some where else like Pakistan or Eastern Europe might be cheaper.

Yes probably they had tried the others before but the results were not so great. The delivery date of around 12 months from the date of the contract may also work in favour of RDM. Also it could be that it was time to buy South African things
@Tom Tom
Perhaps it was for their proprietary "Extended Range, Full Bore" shell technology which allows it to outrange other standard shells. Btw our G5 were made with this EFRB shell in mind.
