More Stuff for the Army, February 2025, Part 2

SHAH ALAM: In the previous post on the delivery of equipment and items for the Army, I wrote that some of the things delivered were not mentioned in the release. I also mentioned that there were two foreign military officers at the ceremony which indicated that some of the equipment and items were donated.

I stated that if I got more information on the items, I would post about it. Today, I received confirmation from the Defence Ministry, that some of the equipment and items were indeed donated by the German government under the Enable and Enhance Programme. The Defence Ministry, the gifted equipment and items delivered are worth some Euro 2.4 million (RM11.2 million).

The equipment and assets donated are for Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) operations.
Among the items received are:

Modular Tent
Collapsible Tank 250 gal
Bricklayer Tool Kit
Carpenter Tool Kit
Cordless Power drill
Cordless Circular Saw
Cordless Grinder
Cordless Rotary Hammer
Chain Saw 14 Inch
Light Wheel Loader cw Back Actor
Mini Tipper 3 Tonner
Water Pump 2 inch
Genset 5 kVA

And as for the presence of the German officers, they were in Malaysia for another event and was able to make it to the delivery ceremony.
Among the water pumps and generator sets procured from funds donated by the German government for HADR missions.
