SHAH ALAM:At DSA 2022, Mildef Technologies Sdn Bhd is unveiling its latest vehicle concept, the Tedung light attack vehicle. The Tedung is a combat buggy meant for special forces operations and also front line reconnaissance duties. The combat buggy could carry at least four personnel, two facing forward while the other two in the back.
From the vehicle shown at DSA 2022 it is likely that the vehicle could be armed with all sorts of weapons including machine guns and anti-tank weapons. Mildef as you are aware is the manufacturer of the Tarantula 4X4 HMAV which it is marketing to the Malaysian Army.

Looks just like a standard fare recreational dune buggy but ground clearance is set too low to be practical offroading. BTW USMC bought such buggies off the shelf from Polaris, but later on modified here & there to improve durability and safety.
We should be looking at e-bikes and e-combat buggies for recon and tank killing purposes....quiet
I wonder how noisy the engine is or has it been muffled.
